Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, originally used in wound healing, this ingredient consists of a group of amino acids linked together and attached to a fatty acid structurally related to the precursors of collagen type 1. Researchers have found that when added to a culture of skin cells, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4stimulates the synthesis of the key constituents of the skin matrix: collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans. Clinical studies have shown a dramatic improvement in skin smoothness and decreased wrinkle depth in test subjects. A four-month study comparing Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-3 to Retinol, showed the peptide yielded similar dermal thickening as the Retinol, but without any negative side effects.
Palmitoyl Oligopeptide is a synthetic protein, made up of a fragment of collagen and palmitic acid. The palmitic acid is used to make collagen more lipophillic, making it more compatible with the human skin. Developed through intensive research, Palmitoyl Oligopeptide was the result of an effort to create a substance that would act like retinoic acid without the negative characteristics and irritation.
Siegesbeckia Orientalis Extract
This ingredient has been shown to be beneficial in restructuring the collagen matrix, aiding in wound healing and tissue regeneration. This helps to normalize the appearance of scars and stretch marks while restoring elasticity to the skin. Clinical studies on its application for stretch marks show a 52% decrease in length and indentations, a 12.9% decrease in depth, and a 13.7% increase in smoothness, texture, color and tone.
This is the trade name for the extract from the tannin-rich root Phyllanthus Emblica, which has been used for centuries in Aryuvedic Medicine. Studies have shown Emblica to possess powerful, broad-spectrum antioxidant properties. In addition, Emblica is extremely stable and is not subject to photodegradation. One of Emblica’s most exciting applications is as a skin lightener. While most skin lighteners have toxicity issues or can cause negative reactions on the skin, Emblica is well tolerated without any known negative side effects.

Apply a small amount of Q-Strixin Micro-Active Emulsion to the targeted areas once in the morning and again before bedtime. It may be used up to three times a day for faster results. What About Stretch Marks?
